We take full advantage of the incredible bounty of the bay area with its unparalleled local farms, ranches and fisheries. We refuse to believe that catered food must be anything less than what diners expect from the best restaurants: thoughtfully sourced, seasonal, technically advanced, comforting, delicious, and prepared a la minute

Our surplus food is redirected from our kitchen and events to local communities instead of letting it go to waste. We make this mandatory at events and we are the only catering company in the Bay Area that has a whole walk-in dedicated to this.

We proudly maintain our certification by following verified practices that reduce waste, conserve resources, and minimize our environmental impact.

Our support and donations help young chefs gain hands-on culinary training, mentorship, and pathways into the hospitality industry by working in some of the best restaurants in the Bay.

We transport fresh food and essential supplies weekly to the D10 Community Market, an extraordinary resource for families in San Francisco’s District 10.

We take food insecurity seriously. Through 2025, we have donated more than 144,000 meals, saved over 42 million gallons of water, and diverted more than 317,000 pounds of CO2 from the atmosphere, and more than $1.9 million in economic value created. Beyond that, we are the only caterer assisting venues with SB 1383 compliance and working to quantify the event industry impact on the daily meal deficit in SF.
